Ambassador Kira Azucena joined the ambassadors of (L-R) Vietnam, Timor Leste, Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia and Singapore in welcoming ASEAN Secretary General Dr. Kao Kim Hourn (fourth from R) to Wellington. The Secretary General's visit was upon the invitation of the New Zealand government on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of ASEAN-New Zealand Dialogue Relations this year.
