WHY SHOULD I GET A PSA COPY OF MY LOVED ONE’S REPORT OF DEATH? Your loved one’s PSA death certificate is an important official document required for various transactions in the Philippines. You will need it if you are managing their personal affairs and estate in the Philippines. After six (6) months from the time of approval of the ROD, an authenticated copy from the PSA may be requested online at psahelpline.ph or psa.gov.ph.
