Guidelines for Accreditation of Mass Media Entities, Election Observers or Monitors, and Civil Society Partners in Connection with the Conduct of Overseas Voting for the 2022 National Elections Overseas JSD-2022-07

In accordance with COMELEC Resolution No. 10776 dated 06 April 2022, the Philippine Embassy in Wellington now accepts applications for accreditation of mass media entities, election observers/monitors, and civil society partners, in connection with the conduct of overseas voting for the 2022 Philippine National Elections. The requirements are as follows:

  • Accomplished COMELEC prescribed Accreditation Application Form which may be downloaded via this link: https://tinyurl.com/AccreditForm;
  • Two (2) photographs taken in the last six (6) months measuring 2 inches by 2 inches or 5 cm. by 5 cm;
  • Photocopy of a valid ID card with photo (e.g. passport, driver’s license)
  • Endorsement from the applicant’s media company, non-government organization, or civil society group.
