The Embassy of the Philippines informs the Filipino voting public in countries under its jurisdiction, i.e., those in New Zealand, Cook Islands, Fiji, Samoa and Tonga who are duly registered/certified to vote, that your Electoral Packets (Ballots) have been transmitted to the Embassy.

Deadline to change your mailing address or to request to pick up your electoral packets at the Embassy is on 05 April 2019, after which all Electoral Packets (Ballots) will be sent to the registered address provided.

To underscore, only registered overseas voters are allowed to vote.
