4. For minor applicants, please bring [1] NSO/PSA birth certificate; or [2] Report of Birth (ROB) filed at the Philippine Embassy in Wellington. Deadline of submission: 17 April 2023.
5. For newly-married applicants, please bring [1] NSO/PSA marriage certificate; or [2] Report of Marriage (ROM) filed at the Philippine Embassy in Wellington. Deadline of submission: 17 April 2023.
