For all NBI applicants, starting 4 July 2011, renewal of NBI Clearance in the Philippines is not accepted.
The Finger Print Card form (FPC) will be used in accepting clearance applications.
All applicants specifically residing abroad are advised to secure their Finger Print Card (FPC) clearance form application at the nearest Embassy or Consulate.
If you prefer to request an FPC form by mail,, please supply the following requirements:
1. Letter request.
2. Copy of a valid passport (data page and your latest departure from the Philippines).
3. Pre-paid courier bag or a self-addressed envelope with a stamp.
